Tia Buchanan, M.A., M.A., M.S., DMin., LPC, LAC, EMDR Clinician and Psychotherapist develops uniquely customized programs in strength training, stretching, and exercise activities to motivate and train clients with physical fitness goals.
Together, I will lead you in cardiovascular exercises, dynamic stretching, conditioning and strength training with women of all ages, religions, demographics, and levels of fitness and strive to improve physical and mental health and wellbeing, while breaking the STIGMA of what it means to achieve mental health!

Certified Personal Training Fitness Sessions
Your first appointment will come with a 15-30 minute online video consultation to discuss any injuries or limitations, as well as your fitness and wellness goals. Session days & times are set during this consultation.
Sessions start at $50.00. Download the Zoom app so you can take our live training session or a private session. Once the Zoom app is installed on your computer, iphone, ipad, Android phone or tablet entering a class or session is as easy as clicking the link we send via email or text then entering the one time password.

My goal is to HIGHLIGHT women's fitness and to edify positive mental and physical well being. HOW? Fitness keeps our brains and bodies in shape.
Physical fitness gets plenty of attention, and for good reason...having a healthy body helps to further prevent conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, depression, anxiety, and helps clients to handle many mood disorders, and even TRAUMA triggers and responses. Additionally, FITNESS helps you maintain independence as you age, and helps to abate aging, and WHAT woman doesn't want that!
Mental fitness is just as important as physical fitness, and should not be neglected. Not only is exercise good for the body...exercise is one of the MOST effective ways to improve your mental health! ALL from the privacy of your home, office, OR gym!
Services during COVID-19:
I specialize in Personal Training, currently is undergoing Sports Nutrition, Certified as a Kickboxing Coach and Trainer, Yoga Certified Trainer and Coach, AND AstroDurance Bungee Fitness.
NOT ALL personal fitness sessions are available through using ZOOM; however, 30 minute Kick 2 Fit Kickboxing and Personal Training sessions are from the privacy of your home OR office with or without additional sports or gym equipment using your phone OR computer!
Sessions are 30 minutes for $50.00. All sessions are prepaid, and there are no refunds. To help with no-shows, cancellations, and rescheduling requests, two sessions are required prepaid. Should a no-show or reschedule request occur on behalf of a client, I simply use the remaining $50.00 to cover expense for my time.
