What primary services do you offer?

Kickboxing is a group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from karate mixed with boxing. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defence, general fitness, or as a contact sport.  We focus on FITT-ness.

What do you specialize in?

Teaching clients to Get Up Be Raised Up Grow FITT through healthy mental and physical strength training, and health and wellness.  I specialize in YOGA, KICKBOXING, and GLUTE training, as well as women and women with autoimmune and gluten issues and inflammation.

What are the rates of your services?

Kickboxing training is $65.00 per 30 minutes.

What type of warranty do you provide (on custom work)?

None. It is all up to each client how mentally and physically well they choose to grow into.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor, Licensed Addictions Counselor, EMDR Clinician and Certified Play Therapist, in addition to ISSA Certified ELITE Trainer, ISSA Yoga Instructor, ISSA Kickboxing Trainer and Coach, and ISSA Glute Specialist.
